Event Description

Join Blissologist Happy Oasis and Musician John Light for a fun-loving, sometimes heart-opening, sometimes hilarious, interactive "Playshop For Blissologists", based on the book Bliss Conscious Communication: Transmuting Ordinary Chats Into Extraordinary Conversations by Happy Oasis.

Brought to you by Blissology University, this Playshop is the first course to certify Budding Blissologists (CBB) in the Granite Dells Near Prescott, Arizona. It is "guaranteed to raise your conversational kundalini". We will discover "The Blissiplines" as we explore oodles of easy, uplifting, profound and succulent practices.

Happy Oasis is an Adventure Anthropologist with a unique message. Adopted by seven tribal families in seven countries for more than seven years, Happy gleaned their unusually joyful ways of communicating. Happy Oasis is considered "one of the USA's Happiest 100". The inspiring story of her name is featured in the NYT #1 best selling book Happy For No Reason. Happy is the founder of Bliss U, the first University to thoroughly and profoundly explore the causes of blissful states of being and living, while introducing the Blissiplines, and certifying Blissologists.

Musician Johnny Light will join us to spin a heartfelt blend of musical medicine. "Songs of the Soul" is his sixth creation of originals, outshining even other acoustic treasures, "Golden Age", "Child & the Sage", "Fresh Wave", "Freedom", "Great Love" and "Splash".

Arizona Hot Spring - Lake Mead National Recreation Area (U.S. National Park Service)

Arizona Hot Spring is located in a dramatic slot canyon that joins the river just downstream of Ringbolt Rapids. The spring forms several pools that are located about 1,000 feet from the river, where the canyon walls are nearly vertical and about 6 to 9 feet apart. Directly at the source the spring discharges highly mineralized water at a rate of about 30 gallons per minute and a temperature of about 111 degrees Fahrenheit. The spring issues from fractures in Miocene-age volcanic rocks near the intersection of two faults. White Rock Canyon is a strikingly beautiful volcanic area. There is a wide variety of desert plants to be found, including indigo bush, ground cherry, rush-milkweed, rabbit brush, Mormon tea, desert fir, cheesebush, globemallow, desert tobacco, desert trumpet, rock nettle and rock daisy. Rocks encountered during the hike are primarily volcanic, including flow and tuff (ash) deposits, with some granite boulders washed down from Wilson Ridge.
