Ready to “rawk” the Holidays? Three Celebrity Raw Vegan Chefs demonstrate and create a delectable “tapas style” meal including 9 of their signature recipes in this dinner and edutainment Chef Demo evening in the heart of West Sedona. This sumptuous culinary experience includes holiday style gourmet comfort foods entrees and desserts, plus a live recipe demo by raw chefs Elaina Love, Chef BeLive and Nomi Shannon. Each Chef will demo one of their signature recipes for both the in-person crowd and the live stream audience.
Participants learn either in person or via Live Stream how to scintillate the tastebuds of their holiday guests and please the palettes of their family this season, while impressing them with nutritional upgrades that are healthy and energizing with divine attention and instruction. Recipes to be enjoyed by dinner guests this rawsome evening include Raw Vegan Quiches, Stuffing Purses with Cranberry Relish, Harvest Soup, Marinated Mushrooms, Yam Souffle, Pumpkin Persimmon Pudding, Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake, and Pots du Crème au Chocolat.
Founder of Best of Raw & the Raw Living Expo & hostess of the Holiday Triple Header Laura Chiraya Fox, will showcase several of her nutritious and delicious beverages from her forthcoming book, “Superhero Raw Foods Beverages & Elixirs” to round out the evening with celebratory non-alcholic libations. Sedona’s own Kejiwa Kombucha will also be available.
And to add to the raw fun, the three celebrity chefs are coming to Sedona to train the head chef of the Hilton Sedona Resort & Spa, Chef Salvatore, who will prepare the multi-course raw gourmet meal soon to be celebrated by raw foodists attending the black-tie optional Best of Raw Awards Gala Dinner, which takes place on the opening evening of the Raw Living Expo. The video footage of the Chefs training Salvatore will be available in early December on the Best of Raw Youtube Channel, Raw Food Awards.
